V4?

Should I or not, i've made a kinda V3 version of this site, but i'm not sure if I should use it. Its like a blue version of this site, of course it comes with a lot more work for me, I want to be able to fix bugs again in the CSS, it should come with a new hash-map data base to collect the info, so I can fix bugs with that to.
The current version of this site is, 3.9.0 when it gets to 3.9.9 should I stop? Or make 4.0.0?
If you want pics ask me, i'll make a nice pic of the site for you.
So the it should be bright blue! Not light red, boring.
