Well it appears that I managed to accidentally crash the server using world edit. BUT.
WHEN I DID IT IT FIXED EVERYTHING!
Not quite sure if everythings fixed actually but every memory leak that was on the server at the time fixed ! Some stuff that was off the server may not have been fixed. Soooo, if anyone wants to try locket out it may work now :L

Well every memory leak in my section, sadly, you didn't fix the bukkit memory leaks, if you did, the server will be like a charm.
