Okay i've updated the server. It has a lot of bugs my end not bukkits, i'm aware of loads of these issues but I fear not all.

You are able to spawn by the spawn eggs using a dispenser which shoots them out and spawns the mob. I think you should, somehow "ban" that. Makes Helper+ able to spawn mobs.

Well it should be Helper + on the main world anyway. If it gets to much on the creative world i'll ban it.

So are people allowed or not allowed (helper +) to spawn that way in the Main World?
