Chunk Loader Empty Chunk Loader

Hello, i've made a new chunk loader, i've been working on it for a few days now. It should be A LOT more client ram friendly, it SHOULD be A LOT faster at loading chunks with less world holes. The code is easier to read, it's more stable and easy to edit for my liking if I ever need to improve or recompile.
It's now back to fixing more bugs.
