Towns Empty Towns

Hello!
I thought there could be a rule when you're building a town. That you don't build TOO close to an other town/city. If you are, ask the owner? As if I were going to expand my town, BUT I couldn't because someone else has built there. That would been a problem for me Razz I don't know what you think.

That goes under, don't build a house next to someone else's without permission. Staff are allowed to destroy the town/house with permission from the original house/town owner. If it's a distance away don't bother, towns can be close but not right next to each other.
