TechCraft is done!

Hello, i'm here to announce that i've finished the main development of TechCraft, I have a few final things then I can say it's released. Also I might open V2 soon to everyone for a little bit for the celebration of this and Falcon 9|Dragon launch.

I'm probably going to wait till 1.3 before I properly start the 'finished' cycle. But the majority is done, now I have a lot of free time.
