/hat is back.

Hello, as I've had 7 complaints about me removing /hat, I just thought I'll say I've added it back.
But...
I've fixed another complaint at the same time.
Many people have been complaining that 'Trusted' and 'Super-Web' are the same in command base... Not anymore, Super-Web is officially higher than 'Trusted', it still has all the Trusted commands, but Super-Web also has /hat.
As everyone knows, any rank higher than Super-Web will also have it.
But...

As You're bringing back commands any chance /drunk /lsd and /slap are coming back?!?!!!?!?

I'm not brining back commands, I was getting rid of useless commands. As I thought /hat was useless I got rid of it, but since then I've had people complaining.
You're the only one who complained about /slap (I personally didn't like it)
You and Will complained about /drunk and /lsd...
So I will not bring back those ones.

I can understand why Colm would get rid a few commands that don't have a huge use on the server, but I personally believe /hat is a fun command that adds in a small comedic element into the game. So I, along with most other people, thank Colm for reinputting(not sure if that's a word) /hat into TechCraft.
