TechCraft V1 Maintenance

I'm bringing down, or making it so you can join but expect a lot of restarts. Ok well i'm going to be doing maintenance to TechCraft V1 because I found a memory leak which happens every 60 to 120 seconds, but thats not the only thing, I want to add more code to speed up the server also add some minor new toys to the server. No this does not mean i'm going to make it 1.1 unless bukkit somehow say that they've think they have made a stable build, I doubt it but it could happen. I want to add this stuff now because you are all on 1.1.

Anyway this may or may not happen, it should do unless I get sudden plans to go out I should be fine.

Maintenance is over now. Yay, but I may need to do it again, like in a months time.
